      Green's commitment to civil rights began in the 1970s in Undergradutate School with involvemnt in grasroots community organizations in Pueblo and has continued throughout his career.

     Succesful cases have been brought against state and federal agencies as well as against companies who have violated the civil rights of individuals in the areas of employment, housing, whistleblowing, and discrimination based on race and other improper factors.

      Cases have been brought in state and federal court as well as the federal EEOC and the state CCRC.
